The minimum age required to use the age is 17+. If you are under 17, we will have to disable your account.

InCommon app will never publish anything on your Facebook or Google Plus wall. We do not have access to your email address or telephone number.

When you initially sign up we use the current profile picture at the time you register to use on your profile. It will import your main Facebook or Google profile page. You can not access your Facebook or Google account from your InCommon profile. If you wish to change or update your profile picture you can do so by editing your profile and selecting the change picture option. You will then be directed to your Facebook or Google album, where you can then select the image you would like to use as a new profile picture.

Please check that your internet connection is working. You can do this by checking your wifi settings and then switching it on. Or check your 3G/4G connection.

If you signed up via Facebook, you would need to change this on your Facebook account and then synchronise it with InCommon.

We also enable the user to create an account using their google account. So they can sign up using their gmail address. We will not have access to your email.

For security purposes, if you want to delete your account, you’ll need contact us directly and we will completely remove it from our database. You will permanently lose your matches, messages and all other information associated with your account. To delete your account, send a message to support@getincommon.com If you deleted the app, download the app again. Bear in mind, if you log in again after deleting your account, we create a whole new account for you.
